Karachi’s killing fields
KARACHI:
This is with reference to your reports on target killings in Karachi and your editorial on the subject on July 23. People are being killed and the culprits have never been nabbed. Karachi is becoming unmanageable in terms of its law and order situation.
Lack of political will among coalition partners to stop these shootings is encouraging the criminals to run riot whilst the law minister of Sindh is least interested in these affairs, having given his responsibility to the Rangers, after granting them absolute power.
We are living in an environment of chaos and anarchy.
