Hit And Run: Boy killed
A young boy was killed after being run over by a passenger bus outside Pirwadhai bus stand on Sunday.
Asif Mehmood lodged a report with the police that his 8-year-old son, Mohammad Awais, was crossing the road when the bus (GLTA-5841) ran over him.
The driver fled from the scene. However, his vehicle was impounded.
The police registered a case against the driver and started search for him. Meanwhile, Sheraz Qamar Nizami lodged a report with the same police that his motorcycle has been stolen from a parking lot.
