Nato Air Raid: Pakistan’s envoy lodges protest with UK

Nato’s unprovoked air attack inside Pakistan’s territory, killed 24 soldiers and injured others.

ISLAMABAD: British Foreign Office Minister Alistair Burt has condoled with Pakistan over soldiers’ death in a NATO attack and expressed solidarity with the people of Pakistan. The British minister received High Commissioner Wajid Shamsul Hasan, who met him to make a demarche on behalf of the Pakistan government in the wake of Nato’s unprovoked air attack inside Pakistan’s territory, killing 24 soldiers and injuring others, said a press release received on Wednesday from London. The High commissioner registered Pakistan government’s deep concern over the blatant violation of his country’s sovereignty.
