KUWAIT CITY:
James Willstrop captured the biggest title of his career when he won the Kuwait PSA Cup with another commanding performance. The Englishman’s 11-7, 10-12, 11-4, 11-2 win over second-seed Karim Darwish earned him back-to-back World Series titles and virtually certain of equalling his career-highest ranking of world number two. “You just have to keep battling away,” said Willstrop. “I’m keeping a relaxed attitude, and hopefully I’ll be able to maintain it.”
