‘Honour’ Killing: Married woman shot over suspicion
Falak Sher suspected that his married cousin had illicit relations with a youth from the same locality.
FAISALABAD:
A married woman was shot and killed by her cousin in the limits of Sadar Tandlianwala police station on Monday. According to police officials, Chak No 611GB resident Falak Sher suspected that his cousin Allah Muafi who was married to Muhammad Sultan had illicit relations with a youth from the same locality. Falak Sher reprimanded Allah Muafi several times in public and on Monday, Sher and his accomplices opened fire on Allah Muafi and fled the scene. Police officials have registered a case.
