Judge releases murder accused after prosecution pardons them
Petitioner Malik Shahbaz forgave three main accused in the death of Nasira Bibi, thereby withdrawing his case.

An Additional District & Sessions Judge on Saturday released three people, including a woman for allegedly being involved the murder of a woman after the prosecution withdrew their case, forgiving the accused.
AD&S Judge Malik Tariq Mehmood Zargham released the accused Zishan Shoukat, Shoukat Ali and Nusrat Bibi after the petitioner Malik Shehbaz Ahmed forgave the blood of deceased Nasira Bibi who was killed over a petty issue.
According to details, Malik Shehbaz had registered a case in Kahna Police Station against the aforementioned accused under Section 302 of the Pakistan Penal Code.
On Saturday the judge released the accused after the Shehbaz told the judge that he had forgiven the accused. Following which, the judge issued release orders for the three accused.
