Final warning: Penalty notice for fee defaulters
The SBCA said notices will be issued to all defaulters.
KARACHI:
The Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) will take action against people who have not paid their building regularisation fee. Most of the owners who opted for the Amnesty Ordinance, issued by the Sindh government for the regularisation of buildings built illegally from 2002 to 2004, have not paid the fee. The SBCA said notices will be issued to all defaulters and if there is a further delay in payments, an inquiry would be initiated under criminal laws and the constructions will be demolished.
