Surprise: DSP’s missing relatives found
missing son and brother of a DSP turned up in the custody of the Ichhra police Anti Motorcycle Lifting Squad.
LAHORE:
The missing son and brother of a deputy superintendent of police (DSP) turned up in the custody of the Ichhra police Anti Motorcycle Lifting Squad on Tuesday. DSP (Telecom) Feroze Ahmed Khan’s son Adnan and brother Maqsood had gone missing on Monday night and were feared kidnapped. Tracking their mobile phones, Elite Force teams raided Saggian and the City Railway Station, but they were not there. News of their disappearance also reached Sub Inspector Talib Abbas of the Ichhra anti-motorcycle lifting squad. Up until then, the SI had been ignoring claims made by two suspects, arrested in connection with a stolen truck carrying spare parts, that they were related to a DSP, said an official of the squad. The SI released the two men. The DSP has not yet filed a complaint against him.
