Insecurity: Hazara leader slams government
Sardar Haidar Zaman Baba was addressing a public gathering arranged by the local chapter of TSH on Monday.
HARIPUR:
Elected representatives from Hazara have caused harm to the movement for cabinet slots, the Tehrik-e-Suba Hazara (TSH) chief said on Monday, asserting that the people of Hazara would hold them accountable in the next elections.
Sardar Haidar Zaman Baba was addressing a public gathering arranged by the local chapter of TSH on Monday.
Criticising the MPAs and MNAs who belong to the Hazara Division, he regretted that over 23 elected representatives in the provincial and national assemblies failed to protect the rights of the people of Hazara. This, he said, is evident from the lack of development and prevailing sense of deprivation among the people of the region.
Zaman also criticised the incumbent government for its “failure to deliver” and added that price hikes and unemployment are forcing people to end their lives.
