Land dispute: ANP leader and his son injured in firing

Haji Asmatullah Mehsud, and his son, Samiuddin Mehsud, were injured in firing over a land dispute on Sunday.

HYDERABAD:
The president of Sindh Goods Transport Owners Association and a provincial leader of Awami National Party, Haji Asmatullah Mehsud, and his son, Samiuddin Mehsud, were injured in firing over a land dispute on Sunday. Hyderabad SSP Asad Raza Shah said that Asmatullah had a conflict with Sahib Khan Group over a plot of 3.5 acres, meant for a truck stand at Hala Naka. After an exchange of hot words between the two parties on Sunday morning, Asmatullah and his son were attacked with bricks and were then shot. Asmatullah was shot in the chest and his son in the shoulder.
