Football: Muslim FC, Navy emerge victorious
Muslim FC defeated PAF 2-1 at the Pakistan Premier Football League (PPFL) yesterday.

Muslim FC defeated PAF 2-1 at the Pakistan Premier Football League (PPFL) yesterday, while Navy beat Baloch FC 3-1 in Rawalpindi. PAF took the lead through Amir Hussain’s opening goal in the 39th minute before Muhammad Rafique levelled the score in the 52nd minute. Muhammad Hanif then sealed the victory for Muslim FC six minutes later. Meanwhile, in the second match of the day, Nomi Marshall Gill scored the first goal of the match in the 28th minute as Navy led 1-0 at the interval. Muhammad Ramzan doubled the lead in the 58th minute but Baloch pulled one back with Najeebullah’s goal in the 69th minute. Gill then put the result beyond doubt with another goal in the 82 minute.
