Laden vs Dostoevsky
HOUSTON, TX, US:
This is with reference to Farzana Versey’s article of July 19 titled ‘Laden vs Dostoevsky’. What an exciting comparison between a mass murderer and a literary giant.
I could never have thought that the architect of modern existentialism and the architect of modern terrorism could have anything in common. How bravely the author underlined the similarities between the two is simply amazing. I just want to add one thing to the comparison: the author can put her name next to Dostoevsky, and Laden too, for she is equally dangerous with her reductionist approach to history and journalism.
