Broadband: PTCL introduces new packages
PTCL said Rs1,000 per month will be charged for greater than 50GB downloads and only on packages of 4, 6 and 8Mbps.

Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited (PTCL) has announced that it has introduced new broadband packages keeping in view the evolving needs of its customers. According to a press release, PTCL said its customers can now subscribe to 1Mbps package for Rs1,199, 2Mbps package for Rs1,499, 4Mbps package for Rs1,999, 6Mbps package for Rs4,999, 8Mbps package for Rs6,999, 10Mbps package for Rs9,999, 20Mbps package for Rs15,000 and 50Mbps package for Rs20,000. For quality assurance purposes and to provide uninterrupted service, PTCL said Rs1,000 per month will be charged for greater than 50GB downloads and only on packages of 4Mbps, 6Mbps and 8Mbps.
