A total of 1,600 kilograms of fireworks were seized by the Khurarianwala police on Wednesday. According to police officials, several men were loading fireworks, packed in 40 bags of 40 kg each, into a truck in Makkoana when a police party raided the area. Police officials seized the entire consignment. However, the suspects managed to flee the scene. Police officials have registered a case against the men and are searching for them.
