Deception: Court orders case against SHO
Court says SHO Nishtar Colony cheated by submitting a forged report on petition.

A judge directed Islampura station house officer (SHO) to register a case against SHO Nishtar Colony for trying to deceive the court.
Petitioner Maqbool Ahmed had filed a petition seeking direction to Nishtar Colony SHO to register a case against a man Ahmed said robbed his house. The judge had sought comments from the concerned SHO. On Wednesday, an official appearing on behalf of the SHO, submitted a report stating that the petitioner had not approached the police.
At this, the petitioner’s counsel told the court that his client had given the application, had been given to SI Muhammad Faqeer. Faqeer had visited the petitioner’s house to investigate.
At this the judge directed Islampura SHO to register a case against Nishtar Colony SHO.
