PHC accepts application against drone strikes
Two member bench headed by PHC Chief Justice Ejaz Afzal will begin hearing of this application from tomorrow.

The Peshawar High Court (PHC) accepted an application against drone strikes in Pakistan's tribal areas on Monday.
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Secretary, Interior Secretary, Foreign Secretary and political agents of both North and South Waziristan were made party in the application.
The applicant, who is a senior advocate, opined that innocent people are being killed in drone strikes in these indiscriminate attacks.
