Human Rights: Justice demanded for Shikarpur Hindus

Speakers said that the killing of Hindu doctors over Eidul Azha was “yet more proof” of the failure of the government.

LAHORE:
Human rights activists protested against the killing of Hindus in Shikarpur and against “rising incidents of violence” against minorities in front of the Punjab Assembly building. Members of the Human Rights Community (HRC), Centre for Human Rights Education (CHRE) and Institute for Peace and Secular Studies (IPSS) chanted slogans and gave speeches.
