Athletics: Record participants at students’ event
The Fourth Inter-school Inter-college Games are set to start today.

The Fourth Inter-school Inter-college Games are set to start today under the auspices of the Punjab Olympic Association (POA). A dress rehearsal was held yesterday ahead of the opening at the Punjab Stadium in Lahore. A record number of schools and colleges (266) are set to participate in the event. “Due to the popularity of the Games, delegations from other provinces, namely Sindh and Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, are also participating in the event and their accommodations have been arranged,” said POA Secretary General Idrees Haider. “It will be a fun-filled event for the people of Lahore to witness.”
