ISLAMABAD:
President Asif Ali Zardari on Tuesday rejected former Attorney General Latif Khosa's resignation from the post of adviser to the prime minister.


Khosa had submitted his resignation to the president at a meeting with him in Islamabad earlier in the day, but the president rejected his resignation saying he has been a loyal party worker and that the government still needs his services.

Khosa's resignation came days after his removal from the additional post of Minister of Information and Technology. He was also was removed from the post of Attorney General a few months back.
