Washed ashore: Dolphin found dead near Ghotki
Dolphin was male and had most probably died 25 days ago.

The decomposed body of a blind Indus River dolphin was found near the Abdul Ghani Chachar village in Ghotki on Thursday. A wildlife department deputy conservator, Ghulam Mohammad Gadani, said that the dolphin was male and had most probably died 25 days ago. He added that the dolphin had to be buried near the village as it had decomposed so much that it was impossible to carry out an autopsy. Nearly 26 dolphin have died in Sindh since January 2011.
