Induction Of New Aircraft: PAF chief addresses UK conference
Suleman says PAF has come a long way from a small force to a modern, war-experienced and efficient air force.

Air Chief Marshal Rao Qamar Suleman addressed the 11th International Fighter Conference in the United Kingdom as key note speaker on Wednesday, according to a press release.
The air chief delivered a speech on the development and introduction of the JF-17 aircraft into the Pakistan Air Force (PAF). Suleman said that the “PAF has come a long way from a small force in its formative years to a modern, war-experienced and efficient air force”. The air chief marshal added that the aircraft was co-produced with China and “would go a long way in the history of PAF and Pak-China strategic relations. In addition to providing affordable replacement of vintage fighter aircraft, the project is helping our national economy by providing job opportunities to a large number of the civilian population through in-country production”.
