Enmity: Injured man dies after nine days
A man who was injured, nine days ago, in a cross fire – died on Wednesday.

A man who was injured, nine days ago, in a cross fire – in which two people were killed and six others injured – died on Wednesday. SHO Inspector Muhammad Raza said that Saleem Zaidi along with five others had attacked Malik Ahsan and his friends, Malik Shahbaz and Hafiz Irfan, while they were having breakfast on Multan Road November 1. Shahbaz and Irfan had died on the spot. Zaidi and five bystanders were injured as well. Zaidi, who fled the scene, and sought treatment for his wounds at a private hospital where died on Wednesday. SHO Raza said that the groups were old rivals. He said that Malik Ahsan had allegedly murdered Zaidi’s relative, an FIR about which was also registered.
