Fake veterinary clinics have sprung up in the city in the days before Eid-ul Azha. The quacks ask for a fee according to the size and price of the animals but Karachi Administrator Mohammad Hussain Syed has warned that people only need to pay Rs50. The proper vets also give certificates. According to some people, these clinics also use fake medicines.
