Incorporation: SECP registers 257 new companies
Of the registered companies private firms have the highest share with 244 companies in new incorporation.
ISLAMABAD:
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) registered 257 new companies in October.
According to a statement issued by SECP on Saturday, out of 257 new companies, private companies have the highest share with 244 companies in new incorporation followed by 11 single member companies and a foreign company from the United Kingdom in the fuel and energy sector.
