Officers’ conference: Army chief visits Nowshera
The army chief also visited the simulator training facilities at School of Armoured and Mechanized Warfare.
Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani visited the Armoured Corps Centre Nowshera on Friday to attend the corps commanding officers’ conference, according to a press release. The conference is a formal event aimed at improving regimental and professional aspects within armoured units. The army chief also visited the simulator training facilities at School of Armoured and Mechanized Warfare and expressed his satisfaction over the standards of training and administration.
