Doctor arrested on charges of murdering his wife

LAHORE:

Police arrested the deputy medical superintendent of Jinnah Hospital Lahore on charges of murder of his wife.

Doctor Yadullah’s wife Fiza was found dead in her house under mysterious circumstances on Sunday. Doctor Yadullah informed his sister-in-law Nargis Fatima that Fiza had committed suicide. However, Fiza's brother Zafar Abbas filed an application against Doctor Yadullah, accusing him of torturing Fiza to death.

Police have arrested Yadullah and registered a case against him. Further investigation is underway. The body has been handed over to the relatives after an autopsy.

Waqas Shah | 14 years ago | Reply Well sadia i know dr.yaduallah as i have donated blood to his son several times and use to goto hospital off n on for seeing ferhaj. might be my perception would be wrong but although we cant blame without having facts about it.

sadia | 14 years ago | Reply waqas shah you might know the doctor but that doesnot make him innocent. He took care of Farhaj then but if you can remember Fizza was more stronger. She would always be with Farhaj irrespective of the fact that she it was also in her pregnency phase. And now she was very happy that her son had almost recoved. Yadullah might be a good doctor but he is not human.

Waqas Shah | 14 years ago | Reply I know Dr. Yadullah personally. He was very competent and takes a good care of his family. As his child Ferhaj was suffering from cancer. He use to stay all night at Shukat Khanam Hospital and in morning going to his official duty at Jinnah. He can't do this at all. He loves his family alot. God knows what happened but we should not blame him for all this.

Doctors are invloved in gang rape cases, Doctor hs murder wive and at the same time Doctors are also killed in sectarian voilence. I think that Doctors need to be checked with stethoscope by the ordinary people to check their pulse rate.
