Sadaf Hussain took eight wickets in the match as Rawalpindi beat Wapda by 108 runs on the third day of their Quaid-i-Azam Trophy match after dismissing the departmental side for 102 in the second-innings. According to information provided by the Pakistan Cricket Board, Ali Imran Pasha claimed 12 wickets as PIA prevailed by an innings and two runs against Abbottabad. ZTBL also inflicted an innings-defeat on Islamabad with Junaid Nadir finishing with eight wickets in the game. Elsewhere, HBL gained a 62-run second-innings lead against Karachi Blues after the hosts were dismissed for 394. Meanwhile, Sialkot were staring at an innings defeat against NBP after ending the day at 29 for no loss, still trailing by 144 runs. Faisalabad were battling against SBP as they were reduced to 116 for three, still needing another 87 runs to make the departmental side bat again.
