Muslim FC defeated Afghan FC 1-0 to move up to second in the ongoing Pakistan Premier Football League yesterday. Haji Mohammad scored the winner in the 22nd minute. Muslim FC now have 44 points in the league. Meanwhile, Mohammad Rasool’s brace helped KESC defeat KPT 3-2. KESC took the lead early on with a goal from Rasool in the 11th minute. The lead was doubled by Muhammad Khan just before the interval and Rasool found enough time to add his second before the half-time whistle. KPT replied through Muhammad Aamir’s goals in the 83rd and 86th minute of the game, but it was a case of too little, too late.
