The Sindh Health Ministry expelled doctor Abdul Jabbar Memon of Jinnah Hospital Karachi on Saturday.
Provincial Health Minister Dr Sagheer Ahmed told Express News that Memon has been expelled on directions of MQM chief Altaf Hussain.
Dr Sagheer said that the health department will ensure the security of the nursing staff in all hospitals.
Earlier Nurse Magline said that four doctors including Dr Jabbar had raped her and she had to jump off the building to save her self.
Talking to MPA Humera Alwani in the hospital, Magline said that she wants to tell the truth but she has been receiving threats.
Ms Alwani assured her that the culprits will be brought to justice.
The official statement of the nurse has not yet been recorded.
