KARACHI: The management of the Council for the Promotion of English in Pakistan has announced its decision to rename the organisation as The ESL Development Council Pakistan. The organisation is running a network of state-of-the-art centres imparting English skills to a large number of language schoolteachers and talented students free of cost. press release
