Cricket: Vaughn wants change in English cricket
Michael Vaughan believes England must change their approach to One-Day International cricket.
LONDON:
Former captain Michael Vaughan believes England must change their approach to One-Day International cricket after their 5-0 whitewash against India. Vaughan feels that English pitches need to be prepared like the slow turning ones found in the sub-continent.”They’ve got to be dead honest,” he said. “They’ve got to start preparing pitches that aren’t all the traditional pitches of green grass. A flat pitch without a huge amount of pace and spin should come into play a lot more.”
