'No deadlock in Pak-India talks'
Dr Farooq Sattar rejected the notion of a deadlock between Pakistan’s Foreign Minister and his Indian counterpart.
MQM leader, Dr Farooq Sattar has rejected the notion of a deadlock between Pakistan’s Foreign Minister and his Indian counterpart.
An MQM delegation headed by Sattar met with the Indian External Affairs Minister, SM Krishna, in Islamabad on Friday. Talking to the media after the meeting, Sattar stressed that the currently stalled composite dialogue was the only way to improve bilateral ties between the two countries.
Touching upon the grievances of the common man, the MQM leader claims say he has proposed the reduction of visa restrictions between Pakistan and India. In order to move the process forward he said he had contacted the Indian consulate in Karachi.
Krishna is also scheduled to meet ANP and PML-N delegations.
