High-tech gadgets: Business community can track their money now

Industrial-Police Liaison Committee introduces a unique cash track device.

FAISALABAD:
The Industrial-Police Liaison Committee (IPLC) has introduced a unique high-tech ‘cash track device’ to track the movement of cash of its members, said IPLC-Chief Syed Omer Nazar Shah, while talking to media persons here on Tuesday.

He said that under this unique intelligence system, the IPLC headquarter IT Cell keeps track of all movements of the cash bags fitted with tracking device as well as the persons carrying the cash. He said that this ‘gadget’ has been given exclusively to all the IPLC members on no-profit no-loss basis.

Shah, while elaborating the salient features of the personal security device and tracking system, said that under the IPLC wireless tracking system and remote controlled device, the incidents of industrial cargo thefts, vehicles hijacking, targeting of warehouses and the freight companies by organised criminal gangs have almost been eliminated.

He said that “our wireless tracking system will sound a ‘beep’ alarm with help of the remote control device fitted with the panic button and thus alert the owner of the device and IPLC headquarters simultaneously”. This surveillance gadget has been successfully launched in remote areas of Faisalabad, he added.
