IPOs: Corporate regulator issues guidebook
SECP has published a guidebook titled “Guide for listing of companies through initial public offerings (IPOs)”.

The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), as part of its developmental efforts, has published a guidebook titled “Guide for listing of companies through initial public offerings (IPOs)”. In an announcement on Tuesday, the SECP said the guide was aimed at facilitating issuers, lead managers, consultants, advisers, book runners and underwriters to make their IPOs smooth and efficient. “It is a useful tool to understand the process of approval of the SECP for issuance, circulation and publication of prospectus and listing of a company on a stock exchange.”
