Brick Kilns: Workers demand protection
Workers said that thousands workers are still in deplorable conditions and are bonded by debt.

Over 50 brick kiln workers in Tando Alahyar participated in a group discussion on bonded labour which was organised by Sustainable Environment, Development Foundation and other NGOs on Saturday. They said that thousands workers are still in deplorable conditions and are bonded by debt. They demanded that the government implement laws on bonded labour, child labour and agriculture so that future generations would not have to suffer.
