Order: Court issues notices to industries minister, SITE MD
Court orders the Sindh government to ensure that they were sent back to the parent departments immediately.

The Sindh High Court has issued notices to the minister of industries, Sindh Industrial and Trading Estate (SITE) managing director and secretary services and general administration department in a case challenging deputation of a junior officer while ignoring senior colleagues. However, it did not set the date which would be announced later.
The notices were issued by a bench on Thursday in response to a petition filed by a non-governmental organisation (NGO), which cited earlier decisions of the court in two dozen petitions and counter-petitions of a similar nature.
Taking a decision, the court dismissed the plea of officers on deputation and ordered the Sindh government to ensure that they were sent back to the parent departments immediately.
Citing this order, the NGO in its petition said an officer, Ram Chand, deputed in SITE was not sent back in violation of court orders.
