Golf: Donald off to impressive start
Grabbed a share of the first-round lead in the US tour event at Disney World.
LAKE BUENA VISTA:
Luke Donald, trying to become the first golfer to win the US and European PGA money titles in the same year, grabbed a share of the first-round lead in the US tour event at Disney World. Britain’s world number one fired a bogey-free six-under par 66 to head a group of seven players sharing the lead after the first round of the US PGA’s season-ending $4.7 million Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals Classic. “Six birdies, no bogeys is always a good round,” said Donald.
