Sho Summoned: Man seeks case against wife
Petitioner said his wife, her boyfriend, and others forced their way into his house on October 8 and took him hostage.

An additional district and sessions judge on Wednesday issued notice to the Sherakot station house officer for October 29 for his comments on a petition filed by a man seeking a case against his wife and an accomplice for allegedly robbing him of Rs300,000. Petitioner Muhammad Nadeem said his wife Tahira Bibi, “her boyfriend” Bobby Butt, and others forced their way into his house on October 8 and took him hostage. He said that they threatened to kill him and beat him, forcing him to sign a document. They took Rs300,000 in cash and fled. Nadeem said that he had approached the police but the SHO was refusing to register a case.
