The toll in the Sahiwal boat incident has increased to six after rescue divers resumed the search on Tuesday and found two more bodies of the victims. At least four students lost their lives while 12 went missing after a boat capsized in Lower Bari Doab Canal in Sahiwal on Monday. According to sources, 32 students from Government College of Technology were on the boat at the time of incident, it was reported. The boat overturned in the canal because it was overfilled beyond its capacity, officials said.
