Outsourcing customer service: Telenor and Sybrid sign agreement

100 customer service officers and with an intention to scale to approximately 500 officers within the next six months.

KARACHI:
Telenor has signed an agreement with Sybrid (Private) Limited in an attempt to win the customer experience battle by outsourcing its customer service wing. Sybrid is in the process of setting up a leading edge contact centre in Islamabad which will initially include 100 customer service officers and with an intention to scale to approximately 500 officers within the next six months. The agreement was signed on Tuesday by Telenor Pakistan CEO Christian Albech and Lakson Group Chairman and Sybrid CEO Iqbal Ali Lakhani. Telenor and the Lakson Group are also working together on other business aspects such as post-paid connections, Easypaisa and others in the group’s 23 companies.
