The Westridge police on Monday apprehended 10 persons on separate charges.
A married woman was abducted from her house late Sunday night. Shahzad Rashid* lodged a report with the police that Irshad Ahmed* abducted his wife Sadia* from his house.
Ahmed also took away Rs200,000 cash and gold ornaments, Rashid alleged. Meanwhile, the same police arrested Shahbaz Masih, Waqar Ahmed, Mohsin Ali, Attique Rahman, Bilal Ahmed, Ziaur Rahman, Sarwar Masih, Asif and Rashid in different areas and seized over 1.6kg hashish 48 bottles of liquor and two unlicenced 30-bore pistols with seven bullets from them.
