UoP Convocation 2010: 600 students to be awarded degrees
Around six hundred MA/ MSc/ MPhil and PhD students of the year 2009 would be awarded degrees

The annual convocation 2010 of the University of Peshawar will be held on October 29. This was revealed in a meeting of the convocation committee held here on Friday with Dean Prof. Dr Mohammad Riaz in chair. The meeting reviewed the arrangements for the convocation, in which around six hundred MA/ MSc/ MPhil and PhD students of the year 2009 would be awarded degrees, including twenty three gold medalists. It was decided that the parents of the students with distinctions would be given a special invitation for participation in the convocation, while an online streaming facility to watch the event live will be set up through a link from University of Peshawar official website. Moreover, a full dress rehearsal prior to the convocation is going to be held on October 28.
