Targeted: Schoolteacher shot dead in Turbat
Local authorities have launched an investigation into the killing.

A school teacher was gunned down by unidentified armed men on Airport road near Mirani Dam area in Turbat city on Saturday.
According to a local police official, Qamar Abid had just stepped out from Kech Grammar School when culprits on a motorbike assaulted him. He received multiple bullet wounds and died on the spot. The culprits escaped afterwards. Local authorities have launched an investigation into the killing.
