Grenade attack injures 8 in Lyari
The attack is said to be the part of a land feud between two gangs.

At least eight people were injured in a grenade attack in Lyari on Friday.
Two assailants on a motorcycle flung a grenade on a gambling den, injuring eight people in Lyari’s Chakiwara area.
The injured, including a child and a woman, were shifted to Lyari General Hospital.
According to some reports the attack may be the part of a land feud between two gangs.
Grenade attacks have become common in Karachi recently, particularly Lyari, with the latest incident taking place in Lyari’s Agra Taj Colony late on October 3 where in three people were wounded.
Unidentified men on motorcycles tossed the grenade at a shop at Niazi Chowk and fled.
Police suspected that the grenade was actually meant for a wedding ceremony taking place on Fida Hussain Road and fell near the shop by mistake.
