KARACHI:
A four-storey residential building in Qayumabad, Korangi Road, was declared ‘dangerous’ by the Sindh Building Control Authority’s technical committee.
Its occupants have been warned and told to vacate it immediately. The committee for dangerous buildings inspected a building at Plot No. 36, Street-11, Block-A, Qayumabad, and found it was leaning to one side. Separately, the SBCA has decided that construction maps for the second floor of residential and commercial buildings would only be approved after builders certify that construction on the ground and first floors had been completed.
