Kidnappings: 3 abducted in 24 hours
Three people were abducted from different parts of the city during the past 24 hours.
FAISALABAD:
Three people were abducted from different parts of the city during the past 24 hours. According to police officials, Millat Town resident Sadaqat Ali told police that he had rented out a portion of his house to Khalid Mehmood and that Mehmood and his accomplices kidnapped his 7-year-old son Ehsan by poisoning him. Meanwhile, Rasheed and his accomplices allegedly abducted bakery owner Qaisar Fayyaz from his bakery in Kokianwala at gunpoint. In another incident, Shahid and his accomplices kidnapped Afzal, a servant working at Naseem Shah’s house in Sammundri. Police officials have registered separate cases and started an investigation but no progress has been made so far.
