Golf: Khan and Jehangir sizzle in UAE

Shahid Javed Khan of Royal Palm and Aadil Jehangir of Gymkhana were among the front-runners after the first round of the three-day Shaikh Makhtoum Dubai Open championship. The Pakistan golfers carded scores of four-under par 68 each, edging past a number of established professionals from Great Britain, Scotland, UAE and Malaysia . Three other Pakistani golfers – Matloob Ahmed, Shafiq Masih, and Danyaal Jehangir – are also competing in the event.
