The seminar was organised to educate district administration officials in charge of the anti-mosquito spray campaign in the city. Dr Winarno later briefed the officials on various techniques for effective spray. Indonesian experts recommended that Chopang and Gambosa fish should be bred in water bodies in the city as these were known to prey on dengue mosquito larvae.
