Homecoming: Two judges return to Sindh High Court
Areas’ respective district and sessions judges are to look after their duties at the labour courts.
KARACHI:
The Sindh Law Department has repatriated District and Sessions Judge Mushtaq Ahmed Kalwar, currently posted as presiding officer of the Sindh Labour Court-VII, Sukkur, to the Sindh High Court (SHC).
Meanwhile, district and sessions judge Manzoor Hussain Subhopoto, presently Larkana’s Sindh Labour Court-VIII’s presiding officer, has also been repatriated to the SHC. The areas’ respective district and sessions judges are to look after their duties at the labour courts.
