Afaq Ahmed case: MQM-H leader submits appeal in SHC
Claims that the case is false and baseless and should be nullified.

Mohajir Qaumi Movement-Haqiqi chairman Afaq Ahmed has filed a petition for the dismissal of the kidnapping for ransom case against him in the Sindh High Court (SHC).
Afaq Ahmed sent an application to court from jail. He claims that the case is false and baseless and should be nullified. He has been detained yet again after a 10-year-old case of kidnapping for ransom surfaced. The SHC has decided that the application proceedings will be dealt with on October 10.
